Project Manager (AI & Automation) - 100% Work From Home

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager with a strong grasp of industry vernacular and a natural inclination toward artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of AI-driven workflows that enhance our clients’ property management operations.

The ideal candidate is not only skilled at project planning and stakeholder communication but also curious and proactive in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation platforms. This is an opportunity to bridge the gap between business operations and emerging AI technologies, ensuring that solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize workflows using Stack AI to automate property management tasks such as listings, tenant communications, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting.
  
• Integrate AppFolio with external tools and APIs to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  
• Implement AI-powered workflows using leading Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Cohere).
  
• Manage plugins and integrations in the Stack AI ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Trello, Asana, databases, and APIs.
  
• Configure and maintain AI assistants/agents to support property management operations.
  
• Use PandaDocs to create, manage, and automate documents such as leases, contracts, and business agreements.
  
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
  
• Document workflows and train staff to adopt new tools effectively.
  
• Test and monitor automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and seamless performance.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
  
• Understanding of workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or other low/no-code tools).
  
• Quick to learn new software systems and web-based applications.
  
• Knowledge of data accuracy, quality control, and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot process gaps and suggest improvements.Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English
  
• Quiet home office work environment
