Job Description:

Orderlies are described as non-licensed hospital assistants that are instructed to perform delegated functions under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner in the hospital setting.

• Responsible for maintaining the environment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Completes transfers in a timely manner.
• Provides equipment or supplies as needed.
• Checks supplies and restocks.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days.
• Dysrhythmia class offered by Baptist Health Richmond education department.
