In the role of Technology Product Engineer - Hypertargeting Solutions, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills. 

***This is a hybrid position based in Lake County, IL***

Responsibilities

• Lead conception, design, engineering, and implementation of technology solutions by studying business needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and business processes; investigating problem areas; Routinely demonstrate initiative and creativity in leading technology solutions. 
• Lead projects/programs and technical staff to develop, test and implement significant new products, or operational improvements. 
• Analyzes and resolves Business problems through technology, using analytical problem-solving methods/techniques and associated tools. 
• Contribute to advancement of own function by studying state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations. 
• Enforcing and expanding use of AbbVie Common Data Model and industry standard information descriptions (ontologies, taxonomies, vocabularies, lexicons, dictionaries, thesaurus, glossaries etc....) 
• Manage technology portfolio products such as Audience Builder and NBA Suggestions which support our Customer Engagement model and M
