Customer Service Representative I

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison for customers, agents, and clients throughout the United States and Canada.

This role is instrumental in providing accurate, timely, and professional assistance for insurance-related inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.

Your Impact:

• Respond to inquiries from customers, agents, and clients via phone and web channels. Deliver knowledgeable, courteous support and conduct follow-up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and verifying information using established guidelines and tools.

• Process policy documentation and related records accurately through internal systems to support efficient workflow.

• Provide assistance to other departments as business needs require.

• Consistently meet or exceed departmental benchmarks for productivity and accuracy.

• Maintain the security of sensitive data, adhering to company standards regarding customer and system information.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. Fluent in English (speaking, spelling and grammar).

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service environment

• Proficiency in English, including strong verbal communication, spelling, and grammar skills

• Familiarity with standard business software (email, spreadsheets, word processing, internet browsers)

Available Schedules:

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time

• Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time and Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time

• Training is provided the first 3 weeks to learn the systems, procedures, and documentation and continued guidance to help you learn and succeed!

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $16.00 per hour plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
