Job Description

Your role as Senior Manager of Services and Solutions Delivery in Radiology Informatics is to lead the direct teams accountable for achieving project objectives, effective integration of new systems and technologies, meeting time and budget requirements, directing all project resources in accordance with guidelines, in order to realize the desired business goals for the project(s) while driving strong customer satisfaction.

Your role:

• Selecting, onboarding, developing, evaluating, retention and engagement of staff. This may include teams made of consultants, customer project managers, solution architects, customer delivery managers, technical account managers, solution analysts and transformation managers or any combination thereof. 
• Ensures seamless delivery of all products, software, professional services and solutions, according to defined scope, teaming with Order Management, Supply Chain, Hosting & Operations, Revenue Operations Management, Learning Services and Services Operations to ensure a smooth delivery. 

• Directs teams to ensure project scope is defined according to quote, customer expectations, needs all while ensuring the solution and/or services promised can be delivered, serviced and remains profitable. 
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships and increase customer success. Identifies areas of improvement and guide the teams towards resolution 

• Work closely with account & lifecycle sales teams to help close/renew/grow business at the account & grow professional services revenue 

• Direct the Professional & Adoption Services Management function to an agreed set of metrics, and help set the vision for its evolution, leveraging daily management and continuous improvement to meet goals 
• Provides oversight to ensure all standard & quality processes are followed (success plans, quarterly reviews, KPI setting, milestones, documentation, time writing, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Healthcare field required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience working within healthcare on the provider side and/or broader professional services consulting experience
• Experience supervising or mentoring co-workers, and ability to coach and mentor staff
• Track record of creating close client relationships; looked upon by clients as a true extension of their executive team
• Ability to provide targeted communication, both verbal and written, to internal and external constituents
• Proven analytical and process redesign skills, including problem solving, quantitative reasoning, workflow process, etc.
• Must be willing to travel 50% with the possibility of more at times

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $94,900 to $175,200, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
