About the Role

The Stitch Fix Product  Sample Operations Coordinator, you will support essential workstreams in the Stitch Fix Product Imaging Studio of processing, organization and tracking of all samples throughout the product imaging studio. In partnership with the Sample Operations Lead and Sample Operation Associates, you will be responsible for maintaining proper sample flow and problem solving as needed. Stitch Fix is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized candidate who is passionate about continuously contributing to improving our sample management process.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Oversee the full lifecycle of product samples, including receipt, organization, unboxing, labeling, printing, tagging, tracking, storage, and liquidation.
• Implement and maintain standards for sample unboxing, labeling, storage, and preparation, ensuring organization and accessibility.
• Track and maintain accurate sample inventory records for Product Photo Production and other purposes, ensuring proper check-in/check-out procedures and overseeing the liquidation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the photo production team to troubleshoot, manage sample tracking, and address inventory needs as directed by the Sample Operations Lead and Associates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and brainstorm efficient solutions with the team.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Support and Post Production-Color as needed.
• Assist with requesting missing samples and troubleshooting through the Warehouse Request Tool.

• You have 1+ year of relevant experience in retail, operations, or merchandising preferred.
• You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• You are eager to work in person-full time at our Photo Studio, located in Lithia Springs, GA
• You are tech Savvy: Proficient in using software and technology to track and manage operations, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).
• You possess demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with sample management.

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
