- Salary Range: $93,744 - $114,819

- Manage the implementation and operations of the district’s teacher, school leader, and other employee evaluation frameworks, including Fairness Guides, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and equity.
- Lead large scale learning and development projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget, with a focus on high impact training that maximizes participation, comprehension, and application.
- Support the teacher, and school leader Collaborative Committees and other key stakeholder groups to inform and improve growth and performance practices.
- Partner with Human Resources, School Division, Teacher Leader Learning, Portfolio, and Culture Equity Leadership Team stakeholders to support the effective use of growth and performance data in decision making.
- Establish and maintain standards for content design, development, and delivery of training, utilizing technology, interaction, and innovative tactics.
- Implement evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness and return on investment for all training and professional learning efforts.
- Manage and coach team members, conduct regular audits of performance, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.
- Develop and manage reporting tools and processes that allow stakeholders to track and monitor performance, including support for a comprehensive data dashboard.
- Coordinate with DPS Assessment, HRIS, and DoTS teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of growth and performance data and system operations.
- Monitor and address issues, risks, and dependencies associated with growth and performance management operations, escalating concerns and solutions to leadership as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience.
- Three (3) or more years of successful teaching experience in an urban setting, including demonstrated experience with increasing student achievement gaps.
- Three (3) or more years of management experience.
- Valid teaching certificate preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills and strong attention to detail.
- Superior leadership, mentoring and coaching skills with an ability to coach at all levels, from teacher to principal, using a performance management framework.
- Ability to develop and interpret data and manage resources.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to lead a high-performing team.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle management of several high-priority projects in parallel.
- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning as well as professional development delivery systems and tools.
- Deep understanding of equity, inclusion and culturally and linguistically responsive education practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Suite.
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
