<p><b><span>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</span></b></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Responsibilities:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Technical and disciplinary management of the personnel in the responsible production area in multi-shift operation </p></li><li><p>Ensuring smooth operations as well as economic, on-time and quality-compliant production results </p></li><li><p>Responsibility for shift and personnel planning as well as training and further education of employees </p></li><li><p>Shared responsibility for consistent implementation of and compliance with cleanroom operations specifications.</p></li><li><p>Implementation of and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, in particular occupational safety and quality </p></li><li><p>Partner of the development department in the supervision of product tests and support of the quality management in the handling of complaints including root cause analysis</p></li><li><p>Independent support of internal and external audits, as well as the development and implementation of measures</p></li><li><p>Creation and maintenance of work-related documents such as work instructions and risk assessments </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Successfully completed training as an industrial foreman, ideally Chemistry or an equivalent qualification</li><li><p>Several years of relevant professional experience with leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally with a connection to nonwovens production</p></li><li><p>Initial experience in the preparation of risk assessments, work and process instructions as well as the implementation of workplace-related instructions </p></li><li><p>Strong personality with a high degree of teamwork and assertiveness as well as very good leadership skills</p></li><li><p>Structured, confident, communicative and committed (leadership) personality </p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge of electronic data processing: MS-Office, production control systems and operating control systems, and ideally SAP</p></li><li><p>Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
