What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of collision repair management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of estimating, production flow & insurance relations
• Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
• Valid driver's license required; bachelor's degree preferred

What You'll Do:

• Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support staff
• Own P&L, KPIs, cycle time & productivity
• Hire, coach & retain top talent
• Build strong insurance and customer relationships
• Uphold quality, safety & compliance standards
