About the Role:Join ComForCare Home Health Care as an In Home Caregiver in Clarksville, TN, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare roles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
• Background check clearance and CPR certification required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
