🚀 As we take the next step within our NAM expansion plan for 2024, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst to strategise and optimize the supply and replenishment framework for ZURU EDGE North America. YOUR ROLEAs ZURU continues its expansion year-on-year, this role will ensure the smooth launch and continued execution of our supply process with our largest account partner. With ownership and autonomy, you will strategize and optimize the forecasting, supply and replenishment framework for the Walmart business on our ZURU Edge brands. From production to shelf, the CPFR Analyst role ensures we are instock and available. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTYou embody our ZURU DNA (ZURU Culture) of 'shifting the needle' and immediately have a direct impact on day-to-day operations. By understanding, planning, and executing, you will optimize our end-to-end supply chain. Foresight and proactivity are the key elements of succeeding in this role. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Customer Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique supply chain needs
- You will lead resolution of supply chain challenges by addressing customer inventory team inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customized supply chain solutions that align with customer requirements and contribute to business growth
- Supply Chain Optimization - you will continuously assess existing supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate supply chain performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making
- Demand Planning and Forecasting - you will support the demand planning and forecasting cycle by analysing market trends, historical data, and customer feedback to ensure accurate product replenishment and stock levels specifically our MTO business, and lead coordination with merchandising team
- On-Shelf Availability - you will implement strategies to enhance on-shelf availability in stores, ensuring our products are readily accessible for customers and meeting our key strategic partners' expectations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Foresight and proactiveness are the core themes for this role. The ideal CPFR analyst isn’t looking for an umbrella in the rain; they tucked it in the trunk when they saw the weather forecast for the week
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, with a focus on customer-facing roles and CPFR role experience a plus
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, order management processes, and inventory control techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a constant look to the future
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and articulate complex supply chain concepts effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing Walmart inventory control systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and adapt to chang
