Job Description:

As a team leader in this dairy department, you’ll oversee the daily operations and manage and develop a team of employees, ensuring products are available for customers and team members are providing incredible service. You'll work side-by-side with your team to stock the department with products our customers rely on.

What You'll Do

• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
• Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
• Work in cold temperatures (cold gear provided)

Requirements

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a team
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant product
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
