About the job 

In this role, you will be the interface between the business and the technical solution and implementation. You’ll be highly involved in projects for both improvements and implementation of new features in both on-prem and cloud environments, heading for cloud only. If there is an incident, you will be part of the contact to solve it as smoothly as possible. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing endpoint management solutions for our organization.

In close cooperation with our workplace architect and other directly accountable departments, you will be responsible for ensuring that we uphold a modern standard in endpoint management, whilst taking necessary steps into the future. Your extensive knowledge in autopilot management is valuable in collaboration with our service desk, making sure our service is understandable and works smoothly. 

What you’ll be up to: 

• Oversee and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager 

• Create and manage Intune policies for device compliance, and security configurations 

• Configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications 

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure required for Intune Certificate Connector and other existing servers used by Configuration Manager 

• Administer and enhance Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning 

• Mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility and security (EMS) 

• Participate in projects related to endpoints, driving innovation and efficiency 

• Document device configurations, processes, and support procedures 

• Collaborate with other teams within the global management team 

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to device management, applications, and virtual desktops. 

You will be part of the Workplace & Collaboration team, a group of 11 skilled professionals dedicated to delivering a modern and efficient IT environment. Your primary focus will be Windows endpoint management (Windows 11 environment), but experience with Mac and JAMF systems is highly advantageous. You will own your area of responsibility, make sure long-term solutions can be used by all user profiles and secure this by communicating clearly.
