Marketing Production Designer

The Marketing Production Designer is responsible for designing, producing, and delivering a wide variety of digital and print marketing assets in support of brand and campaign initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative, creative professional early in their career who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure deliverables align with brand standards, meet technical specifications, and contribute to business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Execution
- Design and product marketing assets for digital platforms, including but not limited to:
- Email graphics and templates
- Social media content
- Digital display ads
- Video and audio editing, as required
- Support the Production of physical marketing materials such as:
- In-store signage and point-of-purchase displays
- Print advertisements for newspapers, magazines, and trade publications
- Out-of-home media, including billboards and transit signage
- Franchise-specific materials for local in-store or media usage
- Presentations for internal and external audiences
Production and Template Management
- Repurpose existing creative assets into multiple formats and sizes for ongoing campaign rollouts.
- Maintain and update template libraries for consistency across all marketing channels.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet internal standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in resizing and optimizing product images for use in digital and web environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to align creative assets with brand strategy and business needs.
- Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Receive and incorporate feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate status updates, challenges, and solutions clearly to cross-functional partners.
- Foster strong, respectful working relationships across departments.
Creative and Technical Development
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in digital and print design.
- Recommend improvements in tools, templates, and processes to drive creative efficiency and quality.
- Research and propose new methods for delivering engaging and accessible content.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and time management.
- Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Photo and video editing expertise.
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
- Strong portfolio showing a range of digital design capabilities.
