KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated to join our Business Finance Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals. 

Scope:

Develop procedures, create intelligence, grow business, achieve company P&L objectives

The job description typically includes:

Reporting & Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for the assigned business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets. Cost center management of headquarters operational teams.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the business units.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to Business units & senior management, providing insights into the financial performance of the business units and subsidiaries.

Business analysis: Analysis of all markets.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement within the business units.

Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to business unit leaders, supporting decision-making processes and aligning financial strategies with overall organizational objectives.

Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee and optimize the revenue cycle management processes within the business units, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. Analyse financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Financial Risk Management: Identify financial risks associated with business unit operations and implement strategies to mitigate those risks. Conduct P&L analysis and develop Financial Scenario Analysis.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, supply chain, marketing, and human resources, to ensure financial considerations are integrated into overall business strategies.

Advisory Role: Serve as a financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.

 The Head of Business Unit Finance in the Beauty sector plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of specific business units, contributing to the overall success of the Cosmetic organization.

Reports to Chief Business Officer

Direct team: 2-3 persons

Requirements

•  A results-oriented individual with developed analytical and reporting skills
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate studies in relevant field would be considered an asset
• Excellent MS Office user – indicatively advanced excel, pivot tables, BI tools
• Proven SAP knowledge
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
• Strong ability to learn quickly systems and processes
• Availability to travel
• Hard and soft skills essential
