Location: Sumter, SC

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Sumter, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including supervising a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Order Processing:

Receive orders from the Administrative team, process them promptly, and ensure accurate fulfillment.

Route and pull orders, ensuring that all outgoing and incoming shipments are handled properly.

Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all items are handled safely.

Equipment Operation:

Operate & certified forklift

Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sumter warehouse and the Fort Lauderdale team.

Ensure clear and timely communication regarding order status and any potential issues.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders.

Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.

Forklift certification and experience in operating warehouse equipment.

Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to manage a team and maintain a high level of productivity.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with remote teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using computers and warehouse management systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
