What will you do as a QC IT specialist?

 

• Work operationally within the Quality Control department and collaborate with the IT department.
• Collaborate with the IT department to optimize processes and systems.
• Participate in development projects and be a crucial voice in decision-making.
• Contribute to operational work in the field of data integrity.
• Participate in the procurement of computerized analytical instrument systems.

Your Profile

 

• Recent university graduate, e.g. Biochemistry, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical or Biotechnology
• Maximum 3 years of working experience (excl. internships)
• Professional personality and flexible team player with potential aligned with Octapharma’s core competencies and strategy
• Willing and curious to potentially further develop in a people leader or business professional role
• Interest in analysis and method development
• Interest in IT systems
• Willing to move internationally for work assignments within the Octapharma Group
• Fluency in Swedish and English (additional languages a plus)

 

It is a merit if you have experience with computerized systems, experience working according to GMP or similar regulations/standards and/or prior experience with laboratory work.

 

 

 

QC Support within Quality Unit

 

• Overall responsibility for quality control and quality assurance of our medicines
• Regulatory compliance and quality assurance for analytical systems
• Manufacture of biological medicines entails extra high-quality requirements
• Works together with other functions related to everything from the blood plasma we use as raw material to the final release of the finished product to our patients
• QC Support is composed of 19 team members, and you will report directly to the head of the section.
