About the Role

As an Agent in Training, you will play a critical role in delivering customized insurance solutions to clients while developing advanced business and sales skills under the mentorship of an engaged, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking

• Conduct detailed insurance consultations to align clients with the best coverage options

• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support

• Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals with CRM tools

• Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and Farmers Insurance standards

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production required)

• Active California Life & Health License (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Consistent record of achieving production goals

• Highly professional, organized, and self-motivated
