Business Analyst, Strategy & Communication Lead – Office of the CIO (Investor Experience and Data Technology)

- Author and maintain the strategic outlook for both technology departments, including current state, investment roadmap, and progress against key milestones.
- Develop quarterly strategic presentations for the Technology Operating Committee, Management Committee, and Board.
- Translate complex technology initiatives into compelling narratives using storytelling, visuals, and executive-ready materials.
- Own and manage all outbound communications from the CIO’s office, including:
- Monthly newsletters
- Town hall content
- Weekly leadership summaries
- Ad hoc updates for key stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with enterprise messaging.
- Lead the submission of award nominations to showcase team achievements and elevate the visibility of the CIO and his organization.
- Partner with internal marketing and communications teams to promote technology success stories.
- Collaborate with CIO’s direct reports to craft and refine their departmental narratives for broader forums.
- Provide coaching and support for executive presentations and strategic messaging.
- Liaise with the central strategy team to fulfill requests for information, presentations, and strategic inputs for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between CIO communications and broader firm messaging.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic communications, technology strategy, or executive engagement within financial services.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 consulting firm or similar large-scale consulting environment is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with graphic design and/or marketing is highly preferred
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technology trends, especially in fintech, data, and AI.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and executive communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in communications, business, or related field is a plus.
- Based in New York City, with expected in-office presence aligned with CIO’s schedule (typically 4–5 days/week).
- Fast-paced, high-impact environment with exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
Pay Range:
