Senior Dental Technician - Removables Department

Desktop Labs, Inc. is a group of dental laboratories providing dental practices with a full range of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, removable full and partial dentures, implant prosthetics and more. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Senior Dental Technician at Dental Arts Laboratories in Peoria, IL. This position is Monday through Friday, first shift.

Denture manufacturing experience is required for this position. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in dental anatomy and manufacturing processes.

• Reads and follows all directions on each case as it is received, determining which cases must be completed first.
• Engages directly with dental professionals and clients to understand specific requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Provides expert technical consultation on design options, material choices, and appliance adjustments, ensuring effective collaboration with clients.
• Communicates proactively with customers to discuss case progress, address any issues, and suggest improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Provides ongoing mentorship, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, and helping to cultivate technical skill growth among newer technicians.
• Ensures all removable appliances meet company quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and free of health and safety hazards.
