Then apply and start in our Corporate Communications Team at the Berlin location.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span><span><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>You will be in constant communication with relevant stakeholders such as executives, business area leaders, and company experts. You will proactively identify compelling company stories from various C-level profiles (e.g., CEO, CSO) and translate them into persuasive messages that support our business strategy.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will turn complex internal and external topics into high-quality content and storylines for various target groups and use AI to create content that will be shared across social media platforms like LinkedIn, websites, blogs, or in speeches.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will develop effective regional PR and international thought leadership strategies and be responsible for the consistent implementation of company-wide external communications.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>For this, you will always have your finger on the pulse of developments, identifying relevant trends and topics in the FinTech industry and turning them into media/thought leadership content.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will set KPIs, analyze them, and measure the success of your communication efforts based on objective criteria.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span><span><b>Your Qualifications:</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, marketing, communications &amp; PR, or a comparable field and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B corporate communications/public relations, ideally in the FinTech sector.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You have the ability to understand the big, complex picture and translate it into easy-to-understand content.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You demonstrate a good sense of sensitive topics and the ability to find the right nuances and perspectives in communication.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Personally, you stand out for your ability to continuously challenge the status quo, your strong consulting expertise, and your ability to present topics and ideas convincingly.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You are fluent in German (C1 level) and English.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
