Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history
• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for orthodontic treatment
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
• Collect patient payments and post them to the patient ledger
• Update necessary documents and scan into patient chart 
• Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments
• Assist office manager, treatment coordinator, and other teammates as needed with a positive attitude 

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
• Passion for delivering the best customer service experience
• Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
