RESPONSIBILITIES
Endpoint Infrastructure and Design
Complex Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement scalable, secure endpoint infrastructure solutions, considering factors like performance and compliance.
Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new endpoint technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
Infrastructure Modernization: Lead initiatives to modernize the endpoint infrastructure, leveraging emerging technologies.
Patch Management and Software Distribution: Implement robust patch management processes and distribute software applications efficiently using tools like Group Policy, Intune, and Jamf Pro.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize endpoint performance for optimal user experience and resource utilization.
Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex endpoint-related issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Endpoint Management
- MECM/Intune: Manage and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune for Windows device management.
Jamf: Manage and administer Jamf Pro for macOS device management.
Linux: Manage and administer Linux systems, including security best practices.
Technical Leadership
Strategy Development: Contribute to the organization's endpoint strategy, aligning it with overall IT goals and business objectives. Provide comprehensive deployment solutions.
Leadership: Mentor the Client Device Specialist, providing technical guidance and training.
Security and Compliance
Security Architecture: Develop and implement security measures to protect endpoints from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant security and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
