RESPONSIBILITIES 

Endpoint Infrastructure and Design

• Complex Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement scalable, secure endpoint infrastructure solutions, considering factors like performance and compliance. 

• Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new endpoint technologies to enhance organizational capabilities. 

• Infrastructure Modernization: Lead initiatives to modernize the endpoint infrastructure, leveraging emerging technologies. 

• Patch Management and Software Distribution: Implement robust patch management processes and distribute software applications efficiently using tools like Group Policy, Intune, and Jamf Pro. 

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize endpoint performance for optimal user experience and resource utilization. 

• Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex endpoint-related issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques. 

  Endpoint Management

• MECM/Intune: Manage and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune for Windows device management. 

• Jamf: Manage and administer Jamf Pro for macOS device management. 

• Linux: Manage and administer Linux systems, including security best practices.  

Technical Leadership  

• Strategy Development: Contribute to the organization's endpoint strategy, aligning it with overall IT goals and business objectives. Provide comprehensive deployment solutions. 

• Leadership: Mentor the Client Device Specialist, providing technical guidance and training.  

Security and Compliance  

• Security Architecture: Develop and implement security measures to protect endpoints from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant security and regulatory requirements. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field. Individuals without a related degree may be considered if they demonstrate possession of the same knowledge level found in a degree but have
