About the role
At Xe, we live currencies. We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
Our Corporate, Consumer, XECD and Dandelion team is on an ambitious journey to further business growth through digital transformation. As part of this exciting effort, we plan to expand the team with a Salesforce Systems Administrator role.

What you'll do:
- Salesforce User Support: Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce and added applications, including system configuration, complex formulas, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
- Data Usage and business practice: Work closely with the Salesforce lead to educate internal customers on the most efficient and accurate usage of data: develop, and regularly review, business practices that affect customer data management and usage.
- Dashboards & Reports Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
- Efficient User Experience Manage and maintain third party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
- Salesforce Expert:Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed and all installed packages releases
- Stakeholder Engagement Work with the Product Owner to create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- User support ticket escalation
Requirements
Who you are
- Education & Credentials: Salesforce Certified administrator or Salesforce advance administrator certification
- Experience :3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. Experience in Sales Cloud, Community Cloud and Pardot.
- In-depth knowledge of Flow Builder.
- Experience in successful integrations with external systems, e.g., Zendesk
