Job Overview:
As a Senior AV Field Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of audiovisual (AV) systems in diverse locations. This is a traveling position that requires flexibility to work on-site across various geographic areas. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in AV systems, hold a CTS certification, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality installations and services. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AV solutions. Candidates must be able to travel Washington DC, northern VA and parts of MD for 80% of the time, all mileage/ travel expenses paid for.
CTS certification required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and configuration of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, sound systems, displays, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Work closely with project managers to review project scope, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients, ensuring all systems meet customer expectations.
- Conduct on-site system maintenance and upgrades, providing technical support as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installations, system configurations, and customer interactions.
- Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of AV systems.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company protocols for safety, quality, and compliance.
