As a Vote Tabulation Associate Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of vote tabulation processes while engaging with diverse team members and internal departments. - Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by supporting Broadridge's client-centric initiatives.
- Be proactive in developing a comprehensive understanding of industry standards, Broadridge systems, and voting processes.
- Execute daily functions and prioritize tasks effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Access, and Excel to support data management and reporting.
- Reconcile data from brokers and banks, and create accurate vote tabulation reports.
- Collaborate on project assignments and special tasks, continually enhancing your industry knowledge.
- Innovate and adapt to support unique voting requirements beyond current systems.
- Ideally, some experience in proxy or financial services, with an understanding of securities and client service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, comprehend, and execute complex tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage project scopes effectively.
- A BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Salary range $25.00- $27.00 hourly. Bonus Eligible.
