A Taste of What You'll Do
Under general supervision, you will support the monitoring and accurate collection of vineyard performance and laboratory data to help ensure the company’s product quality and operational performance standards are met. Working closely with vineyard and laboratory teams, you will participate in hands-on data collection activities that contribute to critical agricultural and quality insights used across the business.
Your day-to-day work will include collecting vineyard data such as vine configuration, cluster counts, berry counts and weights, and bud dissections. You will also collect vine tissue and soil samples used for nutrient level determinations, ensuring samples are handled accurately and consistently. In a laboratory environment, you will be responsible for precise data entry, helping maintain the integrity and reliability of collected information.
Safety, quality, and compliance are core to this role. You will support a safe work environment and ensure that daily actions and decisions align with all quality standards, as well as applicable environmental and safety regulations. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while contributing positively to team operations.

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to be at least 18 years of age.
- Required to work overtime when necessary.
- Required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background check. Required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Current enrollment in a college or university.
- Skilled in undertaking and completing oriented tasks with a high level of integrity and initiative.
- Experience working independently and with others effectively while managing time efficiently.
