Senior Product Manager

Guideline is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. 

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for existing and future product offerings, analyzing data and customer feedback, and communicating the product vision and roadmap to cross functional stakeholders.

Additionally, you will work closely with the development and design teams to prioritize and manage the backlog, and ensure the team is delivering high-quality, user-centered products that meet business goals and customer needs.

What You Will Work On (aka What will you be doing?)

• Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
• Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend user and business requirements, transforming them into actionable and impactful roadmaps that empower developers to execute confidently
• Set KPIs and measurement baselines to ensure your product is moving in the right direction for user and business health
• Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams while approaching opportunities with an emphasis on scalable growth
• Manage the full lifecycle of your product from ideation to launching

What We’re Looking For (aka Requirements)

• 5+ years of product experience, some fintech experience is a benefit
• Track record of delivering results that elevate the user experience while delivering business value
• Ability to empathize with customers and turn their pain points into opportunities for improvements
• Strong interpersonal & comms skills; you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Able to navigate ambiguity and balance the needs of today with strategic long term goals

Offer Package

The expected Salary Range for this position is $155,500 - $182,750 annually.

Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
