Comptable Clients

Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the 7 regional Business Services Center (BSC) of the Air Liquide Group.

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has developed expertise in accounting, payroll, and HR Information Systems.
ALSP is currently responsible for the accounting and treasury activities of some forty subsidiaries of Air Liquide in France, operating in the various sectors in which the Group is present (Large Industries, Industrial Merchant, Electronics, Healthcare, Global Markets & Technologies, and also some Holding structures).

ALSP has an organization centered on its internal customers (CFO, management control, HRD) who have a dedicated contact (a manager) in charge of customer relations within ALSP.

Each manager relies on pooled skills centers for each type of expertise (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll).

Comptable Clients

 

Au sein de ALSP, sous la responsabilité du Manager Comptable Clients, vous assurerez les fonctions de Comptable Clients (H/F). Vous serez notamment en charge de : 
Du lettrage des comptes (Encaissements, avoirs…) 
La comptabilisation des pertes et profits 
La gestion des remboursements clients 
La gestion et comptabilisation des notes de débit 
La comptabilisation des rejets de prélèvements 
De tâches administratives et comptables annexes selon les besoins du service

 

Are you a MATCH?

 

Diplômé d’une formation (Bac +2/+3) en comptabilité ou en finance, vous bénéficiez d’expérience professionnelle sur ces sujets, acquise en cabinet d’expertise comptable et/ou en Centre de Services Partagés dans une fonction similaire. Vous avez traité des problématiques techniques diverses au cours de votre expérience et vous avez un sens de la relation client. 
Vous maitrisez les outils suivants : Excel, Google Drive, SAP
Outre la rigueur, vous possédez d’excellentes qualités de coordination, de communication et d’organisation, ainsi qu’une grande réactivité. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes force de proposition.
