As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—overseeing warehouse organization, equipment, vehicles, and inventory. Your work ensures our crews have what they need to respond quickly to disasters and deliver on our promise of making fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.”
We’re looking for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all warehouse operations, including staff, organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring items are tracked, maintained, and ready for deployment.
- Oversee vehicle readiness, routine maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Repair, clean, and stage equipment for use in the field.
- Identify needed products or parts, place orders, and receive deliveries.
- Support production crews by preparing, loading, and delivering equipment as needed.
- Conduct monthly safety inspections (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, hazard checks).
- Ensure trash, laundry, and cleaning schedules are maintained.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and support the operations team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory, and safety procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic repairs.
- Forklift operation and trailer pulling experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems.
- People skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Previous restoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
