Administrate Assistant

Description

Venesco, LLC is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide services in support of the Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). Administrative Assistant will support the CMOP in Lancaster, TX.

Hours of the clinic are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Inventory Specialists will work a 40-hour work week within this timeframe.

Duties Include: 

Prepares reports and other program documentation, prepares graphics presentations, plans, and coordinates meetings/conferences, performs data entry, filing, and reproduction. Applies familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents.  

Requirements

• High School (HS) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)  
• Six years of experience  
• Must be able to understand how to perform basic mathematical calculations.  
• Have basic typing and PC computer skills.  
• Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
