Your biggest challenge 

You ensure that our IT and payment infrastructure stays reliable, progressive, and efficient. With your expertise, you guide the team and drive innovation. 

• Guarantee top quality in card payment processes: select and implement cutting-edge technology while continuously improving our infrastructure. 

• Integrate systems seamlessly: manage the acceptance of Q8 cards across external networks, working closely with terminal and authorization providers. 

• Analyze business needs: explore new technologies and translate them into smart, efficient solutions. 

• Share your expertise: support colleagues, collaborate with internal and external partners, and bridge the gap between strategy and technology. 

• Safeguard IT operations: ensure network activities have minimal impact on daily business. 

Your work matters: you make payment and IT infrastructure smarter, more reliable, and ready for tomorrow. 

This is you 

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related fields. 

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end payment processes, ideally in the fuel or mobility industry (IFSF protocol). 

• You’re familiar with ISO8583, ISO20022, payment processors, gateways, Mifare Desfire, EMV cards, TCP/IP, NAT, IPSec VPNs, and MPLS networks. 

• Certifications like CNA, CCNP or JNCIA are a plus. 

• You think analytically and always look for improvement. 

• You excel in stakeholder management, coaching, and clear communication. 

• You set priorities effectively and write professional reports that support decision-making. 

• You’re flexible, approachable, and open to travel within Europe. 

• You’re fluent in English.
