About the role

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and can perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills, working with internal and external contacts. Experience handling situations where internal policies/approvals are not clear and require additional research and partner engagement. We need great collaboration skills and the ability to see the big picture to improve the organization and provide constructive feedback. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement the most strategic and valued transactions for the company. We work long hours under pressure with a very close-knit team. You will face challenges both as an individual and as a team, building strong relationships through shared experiences, all while working independently and maintaining autonomy. The role can be difficult and demanding at times but will also be rewarding and fulfilling.

What you’ll do:

  • Project manage complex Master Agreements and Ordering documents, while monitoring contract and business terms to mitigate Oracle Health’s risk.
  • You will assist customers, both internal and external, with contract interpretation, negotiations and administration of orders, including new business, extensions, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations. Draft and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Credit, Tax, Business Practices, Revenue Accounting, and customers to resolve contractual and business issues.
  • Validate all aspects of contract packages for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices and Business Approvals/Process while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Submit contract order packages to Order Management Cloud Operations for order processing and provisioning. Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Prepare contract status reports.
  • You will work independently on your own contracts but also mentor and collaborate with others on the team
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in multiple lines of business.

What you'll bring:

  • BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial, state, and/or local government contracts
  • Ability to demonstrate decision making skills and evaluate alternative courses of action
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience in tech industry, consulting, or professional services industry preferred.

US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
