Job Description
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for setting regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of B2B sales programs. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver revenue growth, mentor and develop ASM talent, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ASMs to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct field training, ride-alongs, and portfolio reviews to strengthen performance.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new ASM talent.
- Manage sales pipelines, accounts, and expansion initiatives across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative solutions to uncover growth opportunities.
- Resolve escalated issues from the field while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive execution of B2B sales strategies while managing transactional sales cycles.
- Capture market insights and partner cross-functionally to evolve offerings that meet client needs.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2–5+ years of proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and inspire teams.
- Strong background in retail and B2B sales (preferred).
- Skilled relationship manager with consultative selling and negotiation expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with executive presence and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Resilient, adaptable, and highly driven to achieve results in a competitive environment.
- The ability to travel up to 75%.
