Senior RTR Accountant

About us
We are looking for a Senior RTR Accountant to join core team of our newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.

What we can offer you
You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations 
in Asia. You will be taking a key role in the daily RTR operations for local entities and SSC itself, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of RTR processes.

Your main tasks
•    Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
•    Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in RTR area
•    Taking a part in transitions of RTR processes from local entities
•    Performing general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculation of accruals, processing of allocations
•    Participation in preparing of financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards
•    Managing of month-end close process, ensuring the books are closed on time and in good quality
•    Demonstrate the understanding of business environment in India (awareness of accounting specifics would be a plus)
•    Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within Husqvarna team and externally)
•    Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
•    Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
•    Maintenance and enhancement of JD Edwards structure, in line with the business needs
•    Identifying and implementing process improvements
•    Preparing reports and analysis
•    Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies, internal controls and regulatory guidelines

Requirements
•    min. 5 years in similar position as R2R, RTR, GL Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
•    hands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications
•    Knowledge of JD Edwards is a must
•    Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
•    Experience in transitions
•    Good knowledge of MS Office
•    Very good command of English language with good communication skills, knowledge of Hindi language will be an advantage.
