Position Purpose:

Under the leadership of the department director this position coordinates the provision, evaluation, and implementation of medical nutrition therapy and ensures that clinical nutritional services is in compliance with all regulatory agency standards. This position also monitors clinical standards of care so that they meet or exceed regulatory and budget requirements, as well as customer/patient expectations.

· Ensures excellent patient service processes are followed. Ensures dietitians understand the reasons for making patient satisfaction a high priority.

· Coordinates scheduling and staffing of the dietitian team.
