Job Description

The associate will be responsible for setting up and running the hydraulic test on Reman units to ensure they meet the customer’s specifications as defined by our product specifications per the Work Order.  This task will include selection of the correct test program and understanding what aspect of the product is being tested and be able to troubleshoot as required.  Will also need to be able to develop a knowledge of how to connect the various products to the test stand to ensure correct hydraulic/electrical/mechanical connections and do so in a safe manner while abiding by the guidelines established for working on a test stand both in setting the product as well as during the testing process.

This position will be on the 8hr shift model with overtime on a voluntary basis.

• Set-up and test various product lines on the appropriate test stand
• Verify and record pumps are to customer specifications
• Document discrepancies/quality issues per procedures
• Follow all documented procedures and utilize proper forms
• Must use inspection equipment and gauges required
• Will be cross-trained on various products as needed
• Adhere to all Quality and Safety Standards.
• Daily communication with team, collecting and interpreting data. 
• Team oriented work within the worldwide DC organization.

Qualifications

• EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
• Proficient in SAP
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must exercise care in handling product to prevent damage. Ability to operate a forklift.
• Must be able to read and comprehend hydraulic schematics as well as installation drawings and other instructional material
• Repeatedly lift up to 25lbs
• Stand constantly, walk frequently, bend and stoop occasionally
