This is an opportunity to create efficiency in electronic health care. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop appropriate editorial content based on a range of courses such as meetings, briefings, and end user feedback, and in conjunction with the Enterprise Communications contractor lead and deputy lead. You'll research and write various articles and story forms, including news features, team profiles, and op-eds, for channels such as internal intranet and publications, and external blogs, magazines, websites, and other news platforms. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience working in a communications or broadcasting environment
• Experience serving as a senior copy editor 
• Experience writing high-profile communication products such as talking points, news releases, speeches, and media interview prep
• Experience managing Information Technology projects
• Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
• Ability to translate complex technical and clinical information into plain language
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Public Trust
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, or Business

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting the federal government
• Experience implementing electronic health records
