Accounts Payable Specialist

Company Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager, you will review and process invoices for Red Bull. You will support Red Bull and our regional partners across the United States with daily routing and posting invoices and our payment process.

Job Description

INVOICE, VENDOR, & REPORTING

Upload received invoices daily.

Route invoices through Iverify to first approver.

Identify new vendors and follow proper procedure for set up.

Manage the assigned shared outlook inboxes and manage responses.

Analyze each approved invoice to determine if sales tax should be assessed, if the invoice needs a contract, and make sure the invoice has been submitted under the correct Red Bull entity.

You will manage Accounts Payable month-end reporting.

Provide training on processes for employees and vendors.

General knowledge of sales and use tax including self-assessment.

Process Fixed assets into system; fixed assets are determined by company policy.

Void of checks when needed.

Additional projects as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager.

Qualifications

3+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience

Experience with SAP or similar systems required

Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions).

Knowledge of W-9’s forms and tax classification

Experience reviewing contacts against invoices.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
