As an O2C Order &amp; Commercial Conditions Senior Analyst at Opella, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing and commercial conditions for our Consumer Healthcare business across Europe and the MEA region. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Administer customer orders to achieve agreed order cycle time and perfect order ratio. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Investigate and resolve invoice disputes or discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain and update commercial agreements and conditions in the contracting tool. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot technical issues on different order entry/invoicing channels. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Request maintenance of master data fields linked to customer interfaces. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring: </b></p><ul><li><p>Have fluent or professional language proficiencies in English, Dutch and another European Language such as Spanish, Italian, German or another (both written and verbal). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Have a strong understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes, customer service mindset, and knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Have knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management or similar </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be hands-on with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with Optical Character Recognition solutions is advantageous. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be an excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen. Ability to interact diplomatically with internal stakeholders. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be able to show that you are self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
