• Bachelor's degree in human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning.  
• Well-developed critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking and task management essential. Basic computer knowledge.
• Care will be given in in-patient and Emergency Room settings
