Job Summary
As a Transportation Aide at Trinity Oaks, you will be crucial in ensuring our residents' comfort and safety during transportation to appointments, outings, and activities. You will assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensure their safety during transit, and provide a positive and supportive experience. This position requires a caring and patient individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to the well-being of our residents.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday with some occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for residents to medical appointments, social outings, and activities.
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the Trinity Oaks team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of transportation services provided.
- Support residents with mobility issues and special needs during transportation.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
