Based in Sweden, This role will work to attract, assess, and hire top talent, requiring a strategic mindset and strong understanding of international recruitment practices and local labor laws.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Full-Cycle Global Recruitment:<span> Partner with hiring managers in the US, UK, and Sweden to understand hiring needs. Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, manage the candidate experience, and handle offers and negotiations.</span></p></li><li><p>International Compliance:<span> Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws (US, UK, Sweden) and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
