Community Impact Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Communications: Support planning for creation and launch of Corporate Responsibility Report. Collect testimonials from employees, community members, and customers. Develop collateral for internal and external audiences.
• Portfolio: Maintain records for partner organization’s upcoming events.
• Volunteerism & Events: Support, manage, and communicate for internal or external events. Utilize volunteer software system to manage events, pull reports, and train others on using the volunteer platform.
• Metrics & Market Analysis: Collect, analyze, and monitor partner metrics and internal data. Input organization information, add historical giving and summaries. Benchmark competitors and leaders in the space for work in CSR reports and overall communications.
• Administrative: Assist with invoice processing, Employee Match reporting and other tasks as needed.

Details:

• The 2025 program will run Tuesday, May 20th – Friday, August 8th.
• 40 hours/week, Paid summer internship.
• Participate in intern program activities, events, and development opportunities with your cohort.

Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this role is $18.00/hour.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year.
• Concentrations in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field with at least one Accounting class.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience skills with a passion for results.
