Seasonal Pool Massage Therapist (Commission) - (Park MGM)

THE JOB: 

As a Massage Therapist, you will set the stage for the guest’s experience with your welcoming smile and service.  By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  Commission Only [32% of All Services & Goods Sold + 18% Service Charge (auto gratuity) w/potential of earning up to 50% of All Services & Goods Sold]

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver the highest standard of service to guests, staying informed of the latest massage techniques such as Swedish and Deep Tissue, in accordance with treatment and departmental guidelines
• Provide consistent, professional, and courteous service to consistently surpass guest expectations
• Actively promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, with a focus on safety and sanitation protocols

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One (1) year of relevant guest services experience in a similar resort setting
• One (1) year of previous massage therapist experience in a spa or salon environment
• Previous retail experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
