WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting new product launches by driving alignment, managing processes, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support & Process Management
• Assist in product requirement documentation and future state vision/strategy creation.
• Develop CX touchpoint maps to guide experience design.
• Plan and track agendas and actions for new product workgroups/pods.
• Assist in organizing and executing experience workshops.
• Manage and refine the CX New Product process to enhance cross-team collaboration and delivery readiness.
• Documentation & Alignment
• Maintain and update requirements, workflows, and project artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management
• Work closely with internal CX teams (e.g., Web, Design, Platforms) and non-CX teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Commercial Dev) to align on scope and deliverables.
• Ensure clear and proactive communication to maintain stakeholder alignment.

• The ability to proactively account for new information that impacts launch scope and timing.
• An ability to identify and resolve risks.
• Relevant experience or qualifications that ensure success in executing the above responsibilities.
• Insights from within Exact Sciences that can enhance CX processes.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Hands-on experience with product management best practices.
• Exposure to Exact Sciences’ digital product delivery methods and new product experience launch processes.
• Insights into early-stage visioning for the patient and provider experience across the Exact Sciences portfolio.
• Strategies for launch preparation process improvement.
• A strategic perspective on delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Experience launching new Exact Sciences tests for patients and providers.

 

The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
