 Who You Are

• You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience practicing federal income tax law at a major law firm.
• You have experience in at least several of the following areas:
  • domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity
  • real estate (including REITs)
  • fund formation
  • bankruptcy and workouts
  • venture capital
  • finance and capital markets
• You can manage components of transactions independently.
• You have strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• You are a member of the New York or California Bar.
