Role Summary

AuxoAI is looking for a GCP Partner Growth Lead – AI Solutions to own and expand our strategic relationship with Google Cloud. This quota-carrying role will be responsible for driving partner-originated and partner-influenced revenue through GCP co-sell programs, Marketplace, field teams, and ecosystem partnerships. The role will also lead joint GTM initiatives, demand generation programs, and the development of industry-focused AI agent solutions built on Google Cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a revenue quota sourced through GCP co-sell opportunities and partner-led sales motions. • Build strategic relationships with GCP Alliance teams, AI leaders, field AEs, FSRs, and vertical GTM leaders. • Drive pipeline generation through Google Cloud's ecosystem, field teams, and partner programs. • Lead demand generation initiatives including Google Cloud Next sponsorships, customer events, technical workshops, co-marketing campaigns, and field activations. • Co-develop and launch industry-specific AI agent solutions on GCP for Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, CPG & Retail, and Software & Technology. • Drive Google Cloud Marketplace listings, co-sell registrations, joint account planning, and partner funding opportunities. • Act as AuxoAI's internal advocate for Google Cloud. • Build scalable partnership programs, sales enablement assets, certification initiatives, solution playbooks, and repeatable demand generation motions.

Success Metrics

Revenue: Revenue generated through GCP co-sell, Marketplace, and partner-originated opportunities. Pipeline: Partner-attributed opportunities and funding-supported pipeline tracked through GCP Partner Operations. Partner Advocacy: GCP field activations, co-sell engagements, and joint solution launches executed each quarter.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, partnerships, alliances, or business development. • Strong experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem. • Prior experience selling into Google Cloud, working within GCP programs, or managing GCP partnerships. • Proven track record of carrying and achieving revenue targets. • Hands-on experience with GCP co-sell programs, PAM relationships, deal registrations, Marketplace, and partner funding programs. • Experience building joint GTM solutions and industry-specific offerings with hyperscale cloud providers. • Demonstrated success running demand generation initiatives within large partner ecosystems. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
