Job Description

Support the Sr. Manager of Talent Relations in researching and identifying digital talent across various passion areas and content formats. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process while gaining hands-on experience in talent relations and the creator economy. Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen relationships with talent and brand partners, contribute to engagement initiatives, and stay informed on industry trends to support the growth of Wasserman’s Creators division. This internship will run from September 9, 2025 – December 12, 2025.  

Duties: 

  • Assist in researching and identifying emerging creators across various industries, including gaming, sports, fitness, health & wellness, fashion, family, and beauty.
  • Help coordinate and execute talent gifting initiatives, including researching potential brand partners, organizing shipments, and tracking deliveries.
  • Contribute to the planning of engagement initiatives for talent and brand partners, such as digital activations, events, and collaborations.
  • Assist with the talent onboarding process by gathering necessary information and helping streamline internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry news to support the team in identifying potential partnership opportunities.
  • Sit in on meetings with internal teams, taking notes and summarizing key takeaways.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media from a consumer perspective, with familiarity across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Twitch, and Facebook.
  • Eagerness to learn about talent management and influencer marketing within an agency setting.
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital creator space.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also taking initiative on independent tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs proactively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for talent representation, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
