We're especially excited to connect with HR professionals already located near our Midwest operations—ideally within an hour’s drive of one of our facilities—so you can be close to the action and help support our teams on the ground. While this role is primarily remote, it does require regular travel to our sites to foster strong relationships and provide hands-on HR support where it matters most.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

This position focuses on day-to-day HR execution, with a strong emphasis on site-based support, employee engagement, and maintaining a consistent and positive workplace experience across all locations.

• Champion the employee experience throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring every interaction reflects Sedron’s standards and values
• Provide thoughtful, values-aligned support on employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and formal investigations
• Support benefit programs, leave administration, and workers’ compensation claims—ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate communication
• Ensure compliance with federal, multi-state, and local employment laws while applying internal policies consistently and fairly
• Participate in recruitment and hiring activities, helping identify and engage candidates aligned with team needs and company culture
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, maintaining a seamless, well-documented process for all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and employee data to support informed decisions and operational integrity
• Partner with HSE teams to promote a proactive safety culture through training, communication, and compliance
